It’s Valentine’s Day and it seems only fitting that we should declare our love for the Murray Grey breed.  It’s official.  The more we work with the cattle, the more we love them.  I suspect we’re going to be expanding our herd in the near future. 😉

Our USDA inspected beef is available for direct-to-customer sale as a half side or whole beef.

Upfront Butcher Fee:
$175 half/$350 whole (nonrefundable)
+ On Delivery:
$4.50/lb per bone-in butcher’s carcass weight.
(typical carcass weight 160# half/ 320# whole)
final packaged weight will vary depending cuts and bone-in vs. boneless options.

EXAMPLE HALF PURCHASE:
Due on reservation $175.00 butcher fee
Carcass Half Weight = 160#
Due on pickup/delivery $720.00
