We have cut hay before on the property but it was exciting to see this grass rolling up into thick windrows to be baled for our own cattle this time. It could be much better, but it’s a great start!

Our USDA inspected beef is available for direct-to-customer sale as a half side or whole beef.
Upfront Butcher Fee: $175 half/$350 whole (nonrefundable) + On Delivery: $4.50/lb per bone-in butcher’s carcass weight. (typical carcass weight 160# half/ 320# whole) final packaged weight will vary depending cuts and bone-in vs. boneless options.
