Our USDA inspected beef is available for direct-to-customer sale as a half side or whole beef.
Upfront Butcher Fee: $175 half/$350 whole (nonrefundable) + On Delivery: $4.50/lb per bone-in butcher’s carcass weight. (typical carcass weight 160# half/ 320# whole) final packaged weight will vary depending cuts and bone-in vs. boneless options.
EXAMPLE HALF PURCHASE: Due on reservation $175.00 butcher fee Carcass Half Weight = 160# Due on pickup/delivery $720.00
